Selection of my completed cosplays. All cosplays are handmade by me at least 90% with the exception of some props and electronics, leather gloves, and wigs in commissions only (all of my wigs are fully styled by me.)
Some older cosplays (2012-2013) have mostly store-bought components that were later fully customized by hand by way of cutting, dyeing, painting, and sewing details. My total cosplays made by hand since 2012 including commissions is around 50, although most personal cosplays prior to 2019 are incomplete or scrapped. Only those pictured below are completed.

Welcome! My name is Angel and I am a cosplayer and hobby crafter.I started sewing at age 7 when my grandma bought me my first sewing machine - a cute child-sized pink machine that can still be found at Walmart for under $30. Growing up I frequently made hand and machine-sewn toys and clothing for stuffed animals, taking after my grandma who made hundreds of clothing and costumes for Barbies and other dolls as well as all of her daughters and grandchildren.I have always been crafty, growing up in a Girl Scout family full of artists and creators, so when I began cosplaying at 18 it came naturally to me. My early cosplay years consisted of mostly customizing premade store bought cosplays, or buying thrifted clothes and turning them into closet cosplays with fabric, paint, rhinestones, and other accessories added on. Once I was inspired to cosplay as a major hobby, I started making my own costumes from scratch using patterns my grandma had on hand or bought from the store.Over the years I have gained tremendous experience and improved my sewing and crafting skills. I have learned how to make my own patterns and also tweak existing patterns to fit a cosplay. I have also familiarized myself with heat-moldable materials such as Worbla, EVA foam, and thermoplastic. I enjoy creating intricate details with Cricut vinyl as a replacement for hand-painting details that I previously implemented into my cosplays. My weakest skills lie with wig styling and prop making, but I am slowly getting better with each costume. The only crafting skills I do not possess are 3D modeling, embroidery, and soldering, but I plan to implement all of these in the near future.
- NOT CURRENTLY TAKING COMMISSIONS -I take cosplay commissions on a case-by-case basis, and if you are interested in my work please shoot me an email! I am comfortable creating costumes for all body types at no additional cost. Pricing depends on the level of detail and amount of items, layers, and props a costume calls for. I do my best to replicate highly detailed costumes, but please reach out to me with references so I can assess if a cosplay is within my skill level.I can create:

Gloves, boot covers, painted leather or canvas shoes
Wigs with custom colors, designs, detachable parts
Furry ears and tails that color match to wigs
